I'm away from home, but I could try to throw a little more advice at you, if you want, later. Scaled hides increase your armor absorption, so get a chest/shoulder/pants with a high armor value and that should help by smoothing out some of those chunky hits when paired with high DA from all your physique. Some components and augments should make it a little easier - specifically you squishiness: throw a leathery hide (I believe?) on your helm for +5% health (which can be a massive! boost) and one or two scaled hides. The only advice I personally can offer is to keep plugging away and keep an eyeball on yellow/greens that give you what you want, with emphasis on health/regen. I'm totally going to rock out with a Death Knight to the very best of my ability. I've been using 100% self-found/crafted equipment so far, but tips on good gear I might want to farm or trade for in the future would be welcome as well. I've pretty much just picked whatever looked useful, so any solid advice would be appreciated. I'm also not really sure where to go with my Devotions. I've been doing fine damage-wise, but like I said I'm pretty squishy and I had to kite a lot in certain difficult battles, so maybe it's worth it to take some points away somewhere in order to pick up Blood of Dreeg or Word of Renewal before trying to tackle a higher difficulty level, though I'm not really sure what to sacrifice in that case. So far I've mostly focused on the Occultist half of the build.
It's done quite well so far, mowing through mobs without effort and doing fairly well against heroes bosses as well, though some bosses took quite a lot of kiting since this build doesn't really take a hit well despite me investing all my points into Physique. It's a build focused mostly on Chaos damage with a bit of Pierce, Vitality and Elemental on the side, using DPS from dual pistols along with several buffs and using Sigil of Consumption for some AoE.
